Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your contractual declaration in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, email) within two weeks without providing reasons, or if you have taken possession of the item before the deadline has passed, by sending back the item. The deadline period begins upon receipt of a written copy of this notice, not, however, before the addressee has received the item (in the case of recurring delivery of similar items, not before receipt of the first partial shipment) and also not before our information obligations pursuant to § 312c, Para. 2, German Civil Code in connection with § 1, Para. 1, 2 and 4, German Civil Code – Information Ordinance [BGB - InfoVO], as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312e, Para. 1, Clause 1, German Civil Code in connection with § 3, German Civil Code – Information Ordinance have been fulfilled. Posting the declaration of cancellation or the item by the deadline shall be considered sufficient to meet the deadline. The declaration of cancellation should be addressed to:

Consequences of Cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation, the goods and services received by both parties shall be returned and, if appropriate, any use is to be compensated (e.g. interest). Should you be unable to return the item or service to us, in whole or in part, or only in a worsened state, you must compensate us for the value to the extent appropriate. This does not apply to items made available for inspection, if the worsened state is solely attributable to the inspection – such as would be possible in a physical store. Further, you can avoid the obligation to compensate value lost due to a worsened state by using the item appropriately and not treating it as your property, and refraining from anything that could impair the value of the item. Items that may be sent as packages shall be posted back at our risk. You must pay the cost of returning the item if the item received is the same as the item ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed EUR 40 or, in the case of a higher price, if at the time that the cancellation is declared, you have not yet paid for the item nor made a partial payment as agreed in the contract. Otherwise, sending the items back is at no charge to you. Items that cannot be packaged will be collected from your location. Obligations to provide payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline period begins for you when the item or your declaration of cancellation is posted and begins for us when we receive it.
Please note
Your right of cancellation expires before the deadlines established above if your contractual partner has begun to provide the item or service with your explicit approval before the end of the cancellation period or you yourself have caused this to happen.

Exclusion of Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to distance sales contracts governing the delivery of items that have been produced to customer specifications or have been customised to personal requirements or are not suitable to be returned because of their manufacture or which may deteriorate quickly or for which the best-before date has passed.
General Information
1. Please avoid damaging and dirtying the items. Please send the items back to us in their original packaging, to the extent possible, including all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective packaging if appropriate. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging that will provide sufficient protection during possible damage incurred during transport.
2. Please do not send the items back to us by regular delivery but, wherever possible, as an insured package and retain the postage receipt. If desired, we would be pleased to pay you the postage fees in advance, provided you are not responsible for paying these yourself.
3. Please be aware that the aforementioned terms are not preconditions for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
